Dragon Wheels Restorations 1966 Shelby GT350
Original, later build 1966 Shelby GT350 in Ivy Green with twin white stripes. A numbers matching 289 Supercharged car which was modified away from its original Factory specification for occasional track-day usage. All these modifications, which have included front and rear suspension changes, fitting of a 5-speed gearbox with an after-market bell-housing and incorrect 9” pinion housing are now being removed as the Factory parts, which have been kept, are being restored and refitted to the car.
The seats have been retrimmed, the steering box rebuilt and the car fully rewired as per Factory
A correct date coded radiator has been found and fitted plus various redetailing work has been undertaken in the engine bay.
